While running a local delivery business together, Amanda, Ted, and Anh spent hours a day on customer support. They were constantly interrupted by customer calls, texts, emails, and DMs – but they knew how important it was to stand for great customer service. They built Pastel because it's the tool they wish they had. Running SMBs and startups is exhausting and overwhelming. Pastel's goal is to make that journey just a little lighter.
