Phone Forwarding
When a customer calls your Pastel phone number, if you want to first ring another phone number (like a landline at your business or your personal cell phone), follow this video.
Remember to update your Yelp, Google, and website with your new number so customers start using it.
Pastel will automatically text back any missed calls for you. Responding to missed calls quickly is a great way to make extra revenue.
Call Joining
When a customer calls your Pastel phone number, if you don't want to answer the phone by default and instead want to encourage the customer to text you or leave a voicemail, follow this video.
